I don't know whether there has been an issue related to the similar use of Site Notice, but I would like to ask that, can this issue be posted as a site notice or central notice, to create awareness among Thai community? (should there be here) since the following endorsement of the Wikimedia project names is important to Thai Wikimedia community and its (proposed) counterpart chapter.
