This tutorial (and all of the tutorials in the Bureaucrat functions category for that matter) is not detailed enough. The tutorial needs to specify where the Bureaucrat can find the User rights management page.--Snaevar (talk) 23:10, 16 June 2012 (UTC)

The first two sentences already mention the special page in a striking redundance: "Below is a tutorial for Special:UserRights tool which the bureaucrat user group has access to. Bureaucrats can grant accounts sysop or bureaucrat flag by using Special:UserRights." --MF-W 23:33, 16 June 2012 (UTC)
