[edit]Formatting your cohort CSV file
[edit]When your cohort usernames contain complex character or scripts, sometimes there can be an error from the character set you used to save the file. I've noticed that a good workaround if you're having trouble with complex characters and not sure about what character set to use, making a simple spreadsheet on Google Drive and then downloading it as a CSV seems to do the trick. Default project

csv output
[edit]When I get the csv, with the same usernames over several projects, there is no way to see which row is which project. Can that column be added? --Ainali (talk) 08:28, 5 April 2014 (UTC)
- Hi Ainali - I believe you are referring to "namespaces" not "projects" but please correct me if I am wrong. As of now, namespace data is aggregated as one data point. I think this would be a great question for you to ask the developers on the wikimetrics@lists.wikimedia.org to see if output that displays each namespace can be added to the output. Thanks! Active users
[edit]When a regular active user is part from a Cohort but he/she edits other articles not related with the event/program during programme calendar (1 month, e.g) -> how can we deal with it? E.g > A heavy user edits daily but he is also part from an editathon team cohort for 1 week. -> How can we separate edits related with the program with the ones that are not?
