This page documents the events that will take place in Zimbabwe Matabeleland and Midlands Provinces. Wiki Loves Women 2021 in Zimbabwe is a project aiming at improving the visibility of Zimbabwean women on various cultural backgrounds. The initiative is aimed at celebrating notable women in the Zimbabwean communities in the lower region of the country comprising of Matabeleland North, Matabeleland South, Bulawayo and Midlands Provinces. The drive is aimed at women in Zimbabwe who have done remarkable work that need to be visible and given a voice towards building their presence in the Wiki space by creating new or improving already existing entries on Wikipedia and Wikiquote. The project will run from August 2021 to December 2021.
