Any workable tvar?

[edit]

I wonder if we have any workable tvar setting when it comes to template names wrapped inside <nowiki>. Such as in the Unit 48 on Wiki Women* Task Force/Nominations. signed, Aafi (talk) 06:43, 8 December 2024 (UTC)Reply

What’s wrong with <tvar name="1"><nowiki>{{:Wiki Women* Task Force/Nomination/YourName}}</nowiki></tvar>? —Tacsipacsi (talk) 18:03, 8 December 2024 (UTC)Reply
Thank you @Tacsipacsi. I really don't know where my head was while thinking of a workable tvar. Thank you. signed, Aafi (talk) 18:21, 8 December 2024 (UTC)Reply

Translate-tagger

[edit]

Hello dear fellow TA's, Together with my friend @Gopavasanth, I am co-mentoring development of a tool that we currently call "Translate-Tagger", to support translation markup. I am personally hoping the tool to provide automated <translate> markup, including tvar support and alongside issuing markup for categories used within a page. We have a dedicated Phabricator ticket for this, and I welcome your input. signed, Aafi (talk) 15:40, 20 December 2024 (UTC)Reply

Please re-remark page Template:User committed identity

[edit]

As title, a recent change caused this template to display incorrectly when users use other languages. So we need a translation administrator re-remark it to restore it back to normal. Thank you. Iming (talk) 13:19, 21 December 2024 (UTC)Reply

Fixed via this change. I have marked it for translation and the template works again in every language. –MrBenjo (talk) 13:31, 21 December 2024 (UTC)Reply
