I don't think Flyer22's block log should disqualify her. Most of them were due to someone else -- her brother, apparently -- causing her to look as if she were using socks, and the one for edit warring was removed as "unnecessary" (and was made by DangerousPanda, which some would argue casts further doubt on its validity). She also seems to have accepted at least one adminship offer, if you click on "suggested", but the RFA page was never created. Ekips39 (talk) 13:57, 10 March 2015 (UTC)
