English: 40 African feminists gathered in September 2022 to participate in the "Decolonizing the Internet East Africa" convening in Lusaka, Zambia. The event was organized by the African Women's Development and Communication Network (FEMNET) in collaboration with Whose Knowledge?, and took place prior to the Forum on Internet Freedom in Africa (FIFAfrica22).
"Decolonizing the Internet East Africa" was a space for African Black feminists to share their knowledges, expectations, dreams, imaginations and actions towards a fair, just, equitable and safe internet.
