Map marker improvements

• Problem: There should be a way to use "marker clusters" - when zoomed out, closely adjacent markers are placed into groups; clicking the group zooms in and expands the group into individual markers. Additionally, the current marker design can be clumsy - allowing multiple styles would enable editors to pick the appropriate style for the task at hand.
• Who would benefit:
• Proposed solution: Finish deploying marker clusters and provide a way for editors to disable it when it might be inappropriate. Provide a way for the community to add/use different styles of markers.
